When we reached the hotel Mr. yourself bentayeb was at reception, and he welcomed us with a warm heart. Though we reached early then our check in time he made sure we had the room n made us comfortable, even later we needed information as to how to commute to and fro in cologne he was really helpful and went out of his way to give us direction a and train details which was very helpful and will never forget his kind gesture..he is a great asset to Leonardo hotel.even the other receptionist and the shuttle drivers were very helpful a big thank from us. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The shuttle service made it all very convenient. The room and attached private bathroom were also quite a nice size. The only disappointment is that there were no accurate information provided about the shuttle service. I had to book a taxi instead due to the odd travel time.

I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the Maitre D', he was genuinely attentive and offered services beyond expectation. After learning my special food needs he took innitiative and offered me a special menu whithout been asked for!

The room was very big and had everything in it. There was a coffee machine and free water in the room. The bed was very big and comfortable. It's quite nice for relaxing. I was very pleased that there was a make-up mirror and bathtub in the bathroom. Everything is available for comfort

The hotel is really close to the airport and I reached it by foot. The staff is really kind and helpful, the receptionist spoke Italian. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very good location and shuttle service provided by the hotel. I use it every day to get from the airport to the city. Helpful drivers too. But you can also walk to the train station and the airport. Good breakfast, something for all tastes :) It's nice that there is also a bath, not only a shower

Aniello and Michel were brilliant, so friendly and professional. They looked after my friend and i in the bar and dining room perfectly. The hotel chamber maid was also lovely as our key hadnt been activated! Nice comfy twin beds and large bedroom. Nice to have English channels on TV there too. No airport sound even though the hotel is right in the airport vicinity. Loved the decor.

The location, food was great and staff were very good. You ring the hotel when you land and they pick you up. We stayed 4 nights. Had a meal in the hotel first night. Meal was perfect. Breakfast every morning fabulous. Staff were really good.

I was put up for 2 nights in a corner room which made my life miserable. After my request they changed my room and brought me to a proper room which made my experience better. The staff there is excellent and very helpful. They speak perfect English. The restaurant is very good and serves amazing food. Apart from breakfast, we had all dinners also at the restaurant which serves good portions with fantastic taste. There is fresh coffee available in the mornings at the reception before breakfast starts.
